Sugar 300 gm
Cashewnuts 100 gm
Coconut 150 gm
Cardamom 10 gm
Fat 10 gm
Method
- Soak casewnuts in water for 1 hour.
- Grind coconut and cashewnuts into a fine paste.
- Add sugar and cook the mixture on a slow fire stirring constantly.
- Add fat and keep stirring until the mixture leaves the sides of the pan.
- Add cardmom powder, and remove the mixture, and put on a greased plate for cooling.
- When cold, cut into cubes.
