JAM SAUCE



Ingredients                              Quantity

Jam                                             225 gm
Water                                          120 ml
Cornflour                                    10-15 gm

Method
  1. Boil jam and water  together.
  2. Adjust consistency with a little cornflour.
  3. Re-boil until clear and pass through a sieve.
